Here is another new feature at Pucks of a Feather. Since we put out so much great Anaheim Ducks content each week, we thought we would give you some highlights.

Sunday

We started the week heavy with content. There were several good articles including a look at the Anaheim Ducks potential 2020 season-opening lineup, and another about six games we are looking forward to through the end of 2018.

The big article of the day was from Kenny Marcial. It featured three Ducks who need to step up their respective games in 2018-19.

Monday

Jacob Robles had an excellent feature on Ducks goaltending coach Sudarshan Maharaj. His backstory and what Maharaj does for John Gibson and Ryan Miller, make this a good read. Kenny Marcial once again came through, this time about the team’s potential lineup for September’s Rookie Faceoff Tournament. We closed out the day with Raise, Call, Fold – Corey Perry.

More from Pucks of a Feather

Tuesday

On Tuesday, Ciara Durant took us back to the past by recapping the franchises first game in 1993. Our nostalgic focus continued with our Best Ducks Player to wear numbers 11-15. Some of the cornerstones that this organization was built on are included. Finally, Chris Bushell pondered the question of What happened to “Big Deal Bob?”

Wednesday – Thursday

The new month started with a preview. We continued on Thursday with one of the most controversial articles we have run. It was a review on an article in The Athletic where it appears that Anaheim Ducks are losing confidence in team management.

Friday

Friday’s big article was a feature about the Ducks deep group of right wings. Not many teams have the depth at any position that Anaheim does on their right side.

Saturday

We began our newest series on Hockey 201. It’s an advanced course in hockey and strategy. To start, Chris Bushell had an interesting piece having to do with how a player’s shot side affects his wing position. Ciara also had a great article featuring four Ducks prospects participating in the World Junior Summer Showcase.

Next. Time for a Duckling Line. dark

Next week is shaping up nicely as well. John Gibson’s new eight-year contract extension is a great way to start.
