If we were to ask fans what words they would use to describe the 2006-2007 Anaheim Ducks, it would go a little something like this:
Talented
Tough
Hungry
And a long list of synonyms that coincide with the word “great.”
You could write a novel about how great that Stanley Cup winning squad was, but if you fail to use the word “clutch” in any of your chapters, then your book far from complete.
The Anaheim Ducks were masterful when it came to one-goal games during their 2007 Stanley Cup Playoff run. Having that killer-instinct is a trait all great championship teams possess and the Ducks certainly had it when they hoisted the first Stanley Cup in franchise history.

As we’ve seen the past two seasons, the Ducks are on the doorstep of repeating what that 2006-2007 club accomplished. No one would offer a rebuttal if you used the same words such as talented, tough and hungry to describe the Ducks as of late.
But which words’ absence is sticking out like a sore thumb?
Clutch.
If the Ducks can rekindle that killer instinct that was on display during their 2007 postseason run, we may see the Cup travel down the I-5 to Orange Country for a stay.
The “clutchness” of the 2006-2007 team brought us to our Ducks Trivia question for this week.
"How many one-goal wins did the Ducks have in the 2007 Stanley Cup Playoffs? Bonus: Ducks’ record in one-goal games in 2007 Playoffs."
