Fort Wayne Komets Continue Triple Header Weekend Against The Toledo Walleye
Michelle Davies | The Journal Gazette
Toledo, OH – The Fort Wayne Komets are looking to end their now six-game skid. The K’s have been making roster moves in an attempt to prevent a serious challenge to the all-time winless streak record of 12, which was most recently hit during the 1996-97 season.
The Komets are coming off of a 3-1 loss to the division leading Cincinnati Cyclones last night. Jeff Deslauriers was good in net and will start again tonight.
The Walleye are coming off of a come from behind win last night of the Wheeling Nailers.
Tonight’s game will start at 7:05 p.m. EST.
