Foster Could Miss Start of Season

facebooktwitterreddit

Back in 2008, Kurtis Foster had surgery for a fractured leg. Today, the Ducks announced that Foster is going to undergo a procedure to remove a wire from that same leg. Due to this, he is expected to be out 2 to 4 weeks. This could keep him out of the lineup for the Ducks road trip to Helsinki, Finland to play the Buffalo Sabres on October 7th. Foster is supposed to be another big blast from the point for the Ducks on the power play as well as a depth defenseman. However, that may be put on hold, but we will see.
