Andersen was razor-sharp in goal for the Ducks. Without his efforts, the Ducks would have been in some serious trouble. Andersen stopped 32 of 34 shots in earning his 11th win of the season, including impressive saves on Patrice Bergeron, Milan Lucic, and Joe Morrow, the last one on a breakaway as he was exiting the penalty box. Andersen gave the Ducks a chance to win by only allowing the Marchand goal, which seemed to be the turning point for Anaheim. In a game where the Ducks were without veteran backup Jason LaBarbera, Andersen had to be dialed in, and he delivered.
