Third Star: Jakob Silfverberg, RW (1 A, +1, 5 SOG, 2 Penalties Drawn, 15:08 TOI)

Silfverberg was the chief reason the Ducks took the lead late in the second period. His effort on the Smith-Pelly tip-in was integral. He led the Ducks with five shots on goal and he drew two of the three Bruins’ penalties on the night. He played the fifth most minutes among the forwards (behind Getzlaf, Corey Perry, Ryan Kesler, and Beleskey). Despite him only having one goal on the season, Silfverberg is creating solid opportunities and playing strong in all three zones. He might not be stuffing the stat-sheet, but he is helping the team when he takes the ice.
