Kyle Palmieri has only played in five games since returning from a high-ankle sprain, but he already has three goals and is making an impact on the ice. High-ankle sprains can be tricky injuries to recover from, but Palmieri hasn’t shown any lingering effects. His speed is present, and his aggression in skating, shooting, and checking have all been apparent.

Palmieri has always been able to score goals, even with limited ice time. He’s getting a chance to produce on the second line with Ryan Kesler, and he isn’t disappointing. His return has helped the Ducks, and he gives the team another forward option during the season.
