The Anaheim Ducks had their annual Season Ticket Holder Open House on Friday night. People asked numerous questions about this past season, the upcoming off-season, and about things to expect in the 2014-2015 season.
One new addition to the 2014-2015 season will be how the Ducks look when they travel away from Honda Center.
According to season ticket holders attending the event, the Ducks announced that they plan on changing their away jerseys by taking away the “Ducks” on the front and exchanging it for the big webbed ‘D’ that is found on the current third jerseys.
Except those third jerseys are now the official home uniforms.
The “playoff home jerseys” that we saw this spring will replace the current home jerseys that have “Ducks” on the front, a move that seemed fairly obvious following the postseason.
It sounds like the “old” home and away uniforms will be scrapped. The Mighty Ducks jersey will probably stay on the shelves as well along with the Stadium Series sweaters.
