After sitting for Game 4 in Dallas as a healthy scratch, Teemu Selanne will be back in the lineup tonight for Game 5 as the Anaheim Ducks look to bounce back after two losses to the Stars on the road.
Emerson Etem took Selanne’s place in Game 4 and finished with 0 shots and five hits while playing 12:32.
Selanne is looking forward to playing in Game 5.
"I’m very excited. I’m a very positive guy, and it wasn’t the end of the world. It’s a new opportunity today and there are no hard feelings. It’s business. It’ll be fun. – Selanne while talking to reporters this morning."
With both Selanne and Etem back in the lineup, there is no word yet on who will be scratched tonight for Bruce Boudreau‘s squad.
Selanne, who has made it known this season will be his last, finished the regular season with 27 points on nine goals and 18 assists. In three playoff games, he has one assist.
