Ducks’ Daily: 3/10/14

Good Morning Anaheim Ducks’ fans! It’s game day again and the Ducks really need a regulation win tonight against the Toronto Maple Leafs. There seems to be a loss of traction for the Ducks so this needs to be the first step in regaining traction and stringing some wins together.

While not listed to the team’s injury list, per @icemancometh Luca Sbisa and Mathieu Perrault will not be in the line up tonight. Sami Vatanen is rumored to be out for a couple weeks also.

Rickard Rakell remains with the Ducks after being called up to join the team once again. The Ducks seem to be rotating centers, Dave Steckel was called up not too long ago and sent back down to the Norfolk Admirals.

Here is a “feel good” piece about the friendship between Emerson Etem and Devante Smith-Pelly. Two kids from very different areas who have been great friends for a very long time.

We asked you, our readers, via twitter last night if you were interested in joining our team. We had many responses and we look forward to getting your applications! Please consult this post for all the information you need and leave a comment or tweet us for more information!

Now let’s get ready for tonight Ducks’ fans. Yell, scream, chant, cheer, and make sure you get your pregame rituals done properly before tonight’s contest. These are two very important points up for grabs to keep the Ducks ahead in the President’s Trophy race!
