Ducks Roster Trimming Continues

Mandatory Credit: Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY SportsOver the past week the Ducks continued to trim the roster and it is really starting to take shape. While there are still a few prospects, including Hampus Lindholm, Rickard Rakell, Nick Sorenson and Devante Smith-Pelley vying for spots on the Ducks, the majority is now preparing for the upcoming season in Nofolk. The following players have been been cut or sent to Norfolk to join the Admirals.

Assigned to Admirals:
Mat Clark – Defenseman
Joseph Cramarossa – Center/Left Wing
Kyle Cumiskey – Defenseman
John Gibson – Goaltender
Alex Grant – Defenseman
Stefan Noesen – Right Wing
Frederik Andersen – Goaltender

Released from pro tryout and assigned to Admirals:
Garnet Exelby – Defenseman

Assigned to Seattle (WHL):
Shea Theodore – Defenseman

Anaheim now has 32 players remaining on its 2013 Training Camp Roster – 19 forwards, 10 defensemen and three goaltenders. Here is a link to the Ducks current roster.
