Anaheim, CA – The Anaheim Ducks are home tonight to take on the Colorado Avalanche after a nearly week long break.

The Ducks will be well rested to after beating the Columbus Blue Jackets Jonas Hiller’s Return” href=”http://pucksofafeather.com/2013/02/18/anaheim-ducks-hang-on-to-defeat-columbus-blue-jackets-in-jonas-hillers-return/”>3-2 last Monday. Jonas Hiller was pretty good in his return from injury, but NHL rookie Viktor Fasth will start in net tonight.

The Avalanche are coming into tonight’s contest off a 4-1 loss to the Los Angeles Kings yesterday. Former Duck Jean-Sebastien Giguere will be in net opposite Fasth. This will also be the Ducks first look at Gaberiel Landeskog this season as he was injured for the first meeting of the year.
