Chicago – The Anaheim Ducks are ready to be giant slayers once again. This time it will be against the league leading Chicago Blackhawks. The Ducks are coming off of a shootout win in St. Louis Saturday, while the Blackhawks are coming off of their first shutout win in two seasons.

In St. Louis the Ducks needed to grind out the win to keep Viktor Fasth perfect in his young NHL career. Bobby Ryan nearly had a hat trick and was the top star. Nick Bonino had the shootout winner to keep the Ducks atop the Pacific. Fasth will get the start in net as Jonas Hiller is still nursing a lower-body injury

The Blackhawks are coming off of what is quite possibly their best game of the year. Corey Crawford has returned to the form of his rookie season and stopped all 17 shots he faced and earned 3rd star honors. Patrick Kane has been on a tear since the season started and is currently on a six-game point streak and five-game goal streak. The Blackhawks are playing only their third home game tonight making their record that much more impressive.
