Lasch And Caputi Sent Back Up To Norfolk; Priamo Released

Fort Wayne, IN – The Komets announced Tuesday that NHL affiliate, the Anaheim Ducks, have reassigned forward Ryan Lasch to the AHL’s Norfolk Admirals.  Also, Norfolk has recalled forward Luca Caputi from the Komets.

Lash appeared in 12 games with the Komets since his assignment to Fort Wayne Nov. 27 scoring six goals and 15 points.  The forward was named ECHL Player of the Week for the week ending Dec. 16 netting four goals, including a hat trick, and nine points in the four games played during the week.

Caputi netted five goals and 10 points in 10 games with the Komets since his assignment to Fort Wayne Nov. 27 from Norfolk.

The Komets also announced that defenseman Tim Priamo has been released.  Priamo did not appear in any games during his brief stay in Fort Wayne.

It will be interesting to see how the offense will work as the hottest scorer has been recalled to the AHL.
