Throughout the 2014-2015 regular season, Pucks of a Feather will be running an Anaheim Ducks trivia contest for our fans.

Each Thursday, we will release a new question relating to your Anaheim Ducks. The questions will be relevant to both current and former Ducks’ teams, players and coaches.

Here is a breakdown of the rules for the Ducks Trivia contest by Pucks of a Feather.

Ducks Trivia Contest Rules

The contest begins on Thursday Aug. 7, 2014 and will conclude on Thursday Feb. 26, 2015

In order to participate in the contest, you must be following Pucks of a Feather on Twitter or like us on Facebook.

A new question will be released every Thursday at a predetermined time. The time will be announced both Wednesday and Thursday morning.

We will only accept one answer per person. If you answer multiple times, your first answer will be the one we count.

Answers will be accepted up until 30 minutes after the release of the question. Example: If a question is released at 1:00 p.m., contestants have until 1:30 p.m. to submit an answer.

To submit an answer, send us a direct message on Twitter or a message on Facebook.

In order to assure your answer is received by us before the 30 minutes are up, please send us your answer in a message on Facebook. We will try our best to follow all contestants back on Twitter before the question is released.

Points System:

Answer correctly within the first 5 minutes: 5 points

Answer correctly within the first 10 minutes: 2 points

Answer correctly after 10 minutes: 1 point

Answers given past the 30-minute mark will not be counted.

Ducks Trivia Contest Standings

Once the contest is officially closed on Thursday Feb. 26, 2015, the standings will be updated one final time and winners will be announced. The Top 3 in points at the end of the contest will receive a prize. The prizes are as follows:

*1st Place: 2 tickets to an Anaheim Ducks home game

2nd Place: Ducks Wall Plaque (Player TBD)

3rd Place: Ducks T-Shirt

We will reveal more details about the prizes as the seasons goes on. Stay tuned.

*Out-of-state winners who are unable to attend a Ducks game at Honda Center will be awarded a separate prize. Prize is TBD at the moment.

Winners will be contacted as soon as possible and arrangements on how to receive prizes will be made as well.
