Today marks the very last game of the 2018-19 regular season where the Anaheim Ducks will face off against the Dallas Stars. Will the Anaheim Ducks suffer from another crippling defeat or will the Stars burn out?

The Anaheim Ducks are still savoring their 6-5 shootout win against the New Jersey Devils on Monday. As entertaining as it was, with the Devils scoring three goals into their own net, the Ducks had no business winning that game.

They play their last home game this evening before they set out on a six-game road trip. If they want to have any chance at winning tonight, they need to kick it into high gear. The absence of Rickard Rakell and Cam Fowler could hurt them if they aren’t careful.

Their opponents tonight are the relentless Dallas Stars, who just came off a 4-2 loss against the Vegas Golden Knights. However, a loss is not going to stop them from trying to shut down the Ducks during their last meeting of the season.
