The Anaheim Ducks look to conclude their five game road trip through Canada with their fourth win when they face the Ottawa Senators. The Ducks, with a 2-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday, are 22-7-5 through 34 games. The Senators sit at 13-12-6 on the season, which is seventh in the Atlantic Division, but just four points out of a playoff berth. The Senators, since their midseason coaching change, are 2-1-1, and they return home after a three-game road trip.

Despite playing their home games in Canada’s capital, there is no harm in wanting to be as informed about an opponent as possible. To do so, I asked questions to Jack Leiper, a co-editor at Senshot, which is the site that covers the Senators at the FanSided network. These questions look back at a blockbuster trade from last offseason between the clubs, a midseason coaching change for the club, and a transition period for the Senators.
