You cannot stop it.

The Ice Bucket challenge has gone from college sports to the NHL to social media all the way up to the President of the United States.

The challenge includes dumping a bucket of ice cold water over your head then nominating up to three players of your choice.

If you choose to opt out of the challenge you are asked to donate to an ALS charity of your choice.
