Cam Fowler has been on the radar of Ducks fans for many years now.  He was the Ducks’ first round pick in the 2010 draft and, in that sense, has a lot to live up to in terms of his quality of play.

He’s taken on a lot of roles for this Ducks team in his previous three seasons both offensively and defensively, but, as a whole, he hasn’t broken through as a top defenseman.

Would his fourth season in the NHL be his breakthrough year, or does he still need time to grow as a player in this league?
