A few words to describe Andrew Cogliano prior to this season include: hard-nosed, tough, two-way player.

However if this season is to be the norm you can add goal scorer to that list.

When the Anaheim Ducks acquired Cogliano in the summer of 2011, the hope was he could be a huge penalty kill presence and regain the scoring touch that made him a former first round pick (25th overall).

If the 2013-2014 season is any indication, that scoring touch is back.
