Henrik Lundqvist got off to a rough start this season with the New York Rangers. Heading into the Olympic break, Lundqvist tidied his record up considerably. His goals against average is 2.44, slightly above normal, while his save percentage is .918, slightly better than his career average. Lundqvist is no stranger to the international size ice; he came from the Swedish Hockey League in 2005 and has appeared in 2006 and 2010 Olympics. Lundqvist was awarded the Vezina Trophy after the 2012-13 season. Lundqvist is the most likely starting goal tender for team Sweden.
