Hey guys, last week I was very busy and was unable to make an actual post presenting that week’s #20thAnniversary #TriviaThursdays question. Last week was Week #7 and here was last week’s question and answer:

Q: Which goaltender holds the franchise record for most wins in a season (36)?

A: Jean-Sebastien Giguere (2006-2007)

God, I miss him. And damn was he good for this franchise. Now, I realize that since I never made a post last week, I was never able to write in that post what the previous week’s answer was. So, here is Week #6’s question and answer:

Q: Teemu Selanne holds the franchise record for most times (6) being honored as NHL Player of the Week. Who is second with 5?

A: Corey Perry

God, I miss him. And damn was he good for this franchise. If you don’t get that joke, I’m referencing his disappearance last year and in the playoffs. Anyway, it’s been a while since I’ve done a question that was worth more than just one or two points. So, how about a four pointer? Here is this week’s question:

Name the goal scorers from Game 5 of the 2007 Stanley Cup Finals, final score was 6-2, in the order in which the goals were scored. (Worth 4 points)

Now, I’ve changed the rules a little bit. I will no longer just post the question three times on both our facebook and twitter, but I will try to post it as many times as possible at the top or bottom of the hour throughout the day. However, you still only have until midnight to submit your ONE guess. Also, for these questions with multiple answers, I will award partial credit. So, in those case, the final score had a total of 8 goals. So, I will award 0.5 points for each correct answer.
