A website called MyNHLTradeRumors.com is one of my favorite websites to get all the hockey info I want regarding trades, roster moves, rumors, etc. Every year they keep track of each teams attendance and rank the organizations. They normally do quarterly updates, because of the short season they will be doing this after every 6 home games for each team instead of the usual 10. After each team had 6 home games, the Anaheim Ducks ranked 25th in the entire league in average attendance.

Now, the numbers are certainly up from the previous two years, but you still wish Honda Center would fill to capacity more often. With the team playing the way they are this season, I would expect this number to keep rising as the season goes along. Every sport and every franchise has their bandwagon fans unfortunately, but they will fill the empty seats at Honda Center. For those of you who have been going, keep it up. For those of you who have not been going, get your life together and get to Honda Center.
