The Anaheim Ducks annual Prospect Conditioning Camp will begin tomorrow, June 28th. The annual two scrimmages will be on July 2nd and July 3rd. Those scrimmages will begin at 10:00 a.m. on both occasions and both scrimmages will be open to the general public, free of charge. This camp focuses on both on-ice and off-ice progress of the franchises top prospects. The prospects will participate in strength and conditioning workouts that will help the coaches gauge where each prospect is in their development.

All of the top prospects will be attending, such as Rickard Rakell, Emerson Etem, Peter Holland and Devante Smith-Pelly. Also, all of the Ducks’ draftees from this past draft will be attending, Hampus Lindholm, Nicolas Kerdiles, Frederik Andersen, Kevin Roy, Andrew O’Brien, Brian Cooper, Kenton Helgesen and Jaycob Megna. I am definitely interested in seeing how all of the above look like during this camp, however, there are a few other guys who I am very interested to hear about. For example, C/LW Max Friberg, C Chris Wagner, D Sami Vatanen, D Andy Welinksi and G John Gibson. For the entire camp roster, click here.
