Ducks Recall Maroon

The Ducks have recalled left winger Patrick Maroon from Syracuse today to fill the whole left by Jason Blake’s injury. In case you guys haven’t heard, Blake cut his arm by the skate of Brent Burns in the Ducks home opener on friday. He will be out for about 3 months since he suffered tendon damage in that incident.
Maroon is a big guy who likes to use his body to his advantage. I’ve always liked Maroon and the way he plays the game. Power Forward body-type and thats exactly how he plays. Solid on both ends with some upside.
