Jean-Francois Jacques Comes to the Ducks

The Ducks have announced the signing of Left-Winger Jean-Francois Jacques. Jacques played his last six seasons between the Edmonton Oilers and their AHL Affiliate the Oklahoma City Barons.
The 26-year-old Jacques has nine goals, eight assists and 185 penalty minutes in 160 NHL games. Last season he played 51 games on the Oilers checking line.
According the Eric Stephens of the OC Register, Jacques’ contract is a two-way deal that will pay him $650,000 in the NHL and $105,000 in the American Hockey League.
