Ducks Lay An Egg

Well, not quite, but close enough.

While the Nashville fans are jumping up and down, celebrating their victory, the rest of us are wonder how much they paid the on-ice officials to turn blind.

Trying to remove Teemu Selanne’s head is NOT COOL.

Not that the Ducks exactly brought their “A” game. They let the Preds intimidate them and made me lose interest in the second period.

Now, I love a hard-fought game as much as the next puckhead, but the Ducks weren’t fighting, they were cringing. So many blown opportunities, so much overskating the puck, so many dipstick penalties.

**Sigh**

Hopefully game two will be better!
